Any additional software code or related information that Easy SRV provides you as part of support services is to be considered part of the Software Product and is dependent on the terms and conditions of this.

Any technical information that you provide to Easy SRV with respect to support services can be used by Easy SRV for business purposes without restriction, including for product support and development. Easy SRV will not use such technical information in any manner that can personally identify you.
